Quicksell actually has two commission options for you to choose from, the first is a Standard Option in which we charge you a percentage of the agreed sales price and the second is our ground-breaking Zero Commission Option.

So first let’s deal with the one you’re probably more familiar with, the Standard Commission Option. Now most companies out there use a sliding commission scale which normally starts at 5% and increases to as much as a whopping 10% depending on the valuation price of your property.

Now being in the industry ourselves, we understand the costs of acquiring a client to purchase a property in Spain is Considerably Higher than in nearly any other part of Europe, especially when you consider the cost of exhibitions, international phone calls, flights and accommodation etc. So you can see why commission rates here in Spain have to be higher.

But sliding scales up to 10%?.....Come on that’s rather A Lot of Equity for you to give away don’t you think?........Well we agree with you. That’s why at Quicksell we charge a Flat Rate commission of 5% on all properties we list.
